Root Cause Analysis
Our team has long term experience in rotor blade design, processing, production and quality assurance.
Due to this expertise, We4Ce team members are able to point out the Critical to Quality (CtQ) aspects to assure the rotor blade life-time and to be able to support our customers in finding the root cause of failures.
Services We4Ce offers are:
- Site inspection or production assessment, for finding the root cause together with our customer
- Design evaluation
- Design analyses to correlated crack growth or damages for confirming possible root causes of the failure
- Advise in derating strategies for limiting crack growth
- Consultancy for repair instructions from designer’s perspective, to comply with requests from the certification body
